Reservation Terms

Making Reservations

• Reservations can be made online through our website or by calling the restaurant directly
• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the reserved time

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance
• No-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee for future reservations
• Large party reservations (8+ people) may require a deposit
• Special event reservations may have different cancellation policies

Group Reservations

• Parties of 8 or more require advance notice and may need a deposit
• Large groups may be subject to a service charge
• Menu options may be limited for large groups

Dining Policies

Dress Code

We maintain a casual dining atmosphere. While we do not have a strict dress code, we ask that guests dress appropriately. We reserve the right to refuse service to guests who are inappropriately dressed.

Age Policy

• Children are welcome and must be supervised by adults at all times
• High chairs and booster seats are available upon request
• Valid ID is required for alcohol service (19+ in BC)

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

• Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when making your reservation
• While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment
• Guests with severe allergies dine at their own risk

Payment Terms

• We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
• Gratuity is not included in menu prices and is at your discretion
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• Split bills are accommodated for parties of 6 or fewer

Online Ordering Terms

Order Placement

• Orders must be placed during operating hours
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders
• Order modifications may not be possible once submitted

Delivery and Pickup

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on demand
• Pickup orders must be collected within 30 minutes of notification
• Delivery fees and minimum order requirements may apply

BC MOMO Restaurant & Bar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or consumption of our food and beverages.

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the meal or service provided
